I'm really sorry you're feeling this way. I know it wasnt easy at all to tell them, but please never feel like you have to do this by yourself, cause you dont.  Im not sure what's going on but please do tell me when you have the strength to do it. I  would understand id you preferred we cancel the trip. Just please talk to me when you feel like it.
